Northumberland Day workshops to inspire involvement
Langley Castle Hotel and Restaurant, which first put out the call for a Northumberland Day in July 2015, and Catapult PR, which devised the concept, have together staged the first ideas workshop for those wishing to get involved.
This took place at the birthplace of Northumberland Day – Langley Castle – on Tuesday, January 24.

Both will brief any businesses, community groups, teachers and individuals that wish to attend, as well as inspiring them to plan some sort of activity.
Activities for Northumberland Day itself, which will take place on Sunday, May 28, and the days around it are already being planned.
A new Northumberland Day website should be developed soon, to showcase all activities and help deliver the economic benefit to Northumberland that a vibrant, county-wide celebration should bring.
